Where these breaches come from

The dashboard reflects the most recent upload on each source. To update a value, upload a fresh CSV — the composite key dedupes silently so a re-upload is safe.

One row per entity, one column per currency. Threshold breaches are evaluated on the latest balance per (entity, currency).
